Shipping & Returns

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order/requested service within 24 hours of placing it. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please note, no cancellations or refunds are allowed beyond this 24-hour window to prevent misunderstandings and disputes.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. Refunds are made after the return has been received and approved. If the product is used and not defective, we cannot offer a refund. The product can then, if desired, be returned to the customer.

Shipping

All orders received before 12:00 PM are sent the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders received after 12:00 PM will be sent the next working day. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as order volume and circumstances beyond our control, such as delays from our supplier or courier. During holidays and promotions, delivery times may be longer.

Delivery

We deliver our products to all countries and mainly the UAE. Delivery fees will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for unused items in their original packaging. Returns of goods with a broken seal are only accepted if the goods are defective. Note that you as a customer are responsible for the return cost and the risk during transport.
